I'm Dr. Karlie, your pelvic floor personal trainer and pregnancy coach!

I will be guiding you through Strong As A Mother, your self-paced, step-by-step, weekly guide to train and prepare your body, mind, AND PELVIC FLOOR throughout your pregnancy for the demands of labor and delivery!

Just to keep you in the know, throughout your program, you may see me with a pregnant belly. I am using a prosthetic belly so that I can demonstrate certain exercises, positions, stretches or activities to better match a pregnant body. :)
